It is vital that our partners/customers and patients know how to use the equipment and supplies we provide, so we have a full-time Educational Coordinator available to answer all your questions. Whether it is a complex respiratory therapy issue or you just need to know how to reconnect a humidifier bottle after you have filled it, we are here for you!
Do you want hands-on training? We'll come to your facility and train your staff, or you can come to us, as our training room is set up with every piece of equipment we offer for hands-on training at any time. Just call or stop by to discuss your training needs.
Our Educational Coordinator also plays a key role in Training the Trainers. Our Respiratory Service Technicians and Respiratory Therapists train your patients and families based on the extensive training and monitoring they receive before they go out into the field to deliver equipment and provide services. All of our employees know the latest and greatest in technology and services, as we provide continual education on the equipment, supplies and services we supply.
